There is no better location in Ferndale than Ferndalehaus Luxury Lofts. We love being able to walk right out the door onto 9 Mile Rd to explore the multitude of restaurants, shops, and events this city has to offer. The energy here is great and the people are really friendly. Our 2 bed/2 bath apartment is clean, modern, and spacious. The amenities are fantastic. Love the rooftop patio area and the fitness center The valet trash service and covered parking are really convenient as well:

This place is one of the best places to live. The residents are very kind and it’s a calm and peaceful place. Paul Steward is the best and will help anyone with just about anything. He makes this place feel like home with his presence but also gets things done. Great place!

I lived at Ferndalehaus for 4 years (there since circa 11/19). My experience with everyone on the staff was beyond fantastic! Paul has always been helpful in responding to requests, community events, or maintenance issues. He is also someone you can just have a conversation with. And Ursula, always works diligently every time I see her. Everyone that works at this building is top notch! This building goes beyond your normal lifestyle experience. It becomes a family. I am super thankfull.
